A pioneer in incubating and scaling breakthrough business units-Cloud, BPO, Infrastructure, and Telecom-PRK championed the Machine First approach, driving innovation through human-machine collaboration. He also led one of TCS's earliest SEI CMM Level 5 assessments, setting new benchmarks in quality.
